Great job hitting on a foundational issue that founders and CEOs often misunderstand. Leaders who focus solely on doing the work often fail to step back and ask whether the work they’re so quickly executing is aligned with their ultimate goals.

Execution can scale, but you can’t hire someone else to learn. This is why the best founders obsess over speed to insight. An MVP full of assumptions means nothing compared to a shallow prototype that teaches deep lessons.
